INTRODUCTION WORKSHOPS

Begin with our intro sessions to help your team feel, move, and perform better.

Our Introduction Workshops give companies an immediate, practical experience of how posture, movement, and decompression can transform daily performance. From a first awareness session to leadership integration, these workshops are designed to meet organizations at every level of engagement and inspire lasting change.


Workshop: Posture & Productivity (45 min) Awareness-building session that reframes posture as the foundation of energy, clarity, and long-term health.


Workshop 2: Functional Body at Work (1 hour) Practical instruction in core desk-based micro-routines for posture, breathing, and daily decompression.


Workshop 3: Leadership Through Structure (2 hours) Advanced training for management on posture, presence, and structural awareness as tools of effective leadership.


All workshops can be delivered on-site or virtually and are tailored to the company’s size and culture.

DESK VITALITY BREAKS

Three short breaks that transform the workday — without leaving your desk.

Purpose:
3-to-5-minute micro-routines performed seated or standing at the workstation.
They release tension, refresh focus, and realign the body through subtle, structured motion.

The Three Core Breaks:

  1. Morning Reset (Spiral Flow) – Align spine, breath, and focus before the workday rush.
  2. Midday Recharge (Rocket Flow) – Boost circulation, energy, and clarity after long sitting.
  3. Afternoon Decompression (Bridge Flow) – Release tension and restore balance before day’s end.

Beyond the Desk (Optional):
For individuals or companies wanting a complete daily system, the Full-Day Vitality Flow extends these routines into short morning and evening sequences for all-day balance.

CORPORATE RETREATS
