Workshop 2: Functional Body at Work (1 hour) Practical instruction in core desk-based micro-routines for posture, breathing, and daily decompression.
Workshop 3: Leadership Through Structure (2 hours) Advanced training for management on posture, presence, and structural awareness as tools of effective leadership.
